neotab is operated by Importify Limited, Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. This page lists every cookie we use. It is a short list.
1. Cookies we set

Those are the only cookies we set. Both are first-party, hold no personal data, and are never shared. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking cookies on any neotab surface.
2. Browser storage that is not a cookie
The extension and the web dashboard keep your board and preferences in your browser's local storage (extension storage, localStorage, IndexedDB). This data stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is not sent anywhere except as described in the Privacy Policy when sync is on.
3. Third parties
- Google Fonts: this website loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font file from Google's servers, which discloses your IP address to Google. Google states that Fonts requests do not set cookies.
- PayPro Global: when you open a checkout, it runs on store.payproglobal.com, which sets its own cookies under its own policy. None of those cookies are set on neotab.io.
- Google sign-in: signing in takes you briefly to accounts.google.com, which operates under Google's own cookie policy.
4. Controlling cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting or blocking nt_session simply signs you out; the free extension works fully without it. Deleting nt_ref only means a partner who referred you may not be credited — nothing about your account or board changes.
