Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Importify Limited, Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). They govern your use of neotab: the Chrome extension, the web dashboard at neotab.io/app, and this website. By using neotab you accept these terms.

1. The service

neotab is a tab manager for Chrome: you save and organize tabs into categories and groups, and optional AI features help sort, name, and fill them. Paid plans add cross-device sync, the web dashboard, and expanded AI use.

2. Your account

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account.

3. Plans and payment

• Free: full local use without an account. Signing in adds 10 AI actions per month at no charge.
• Pro Monthly (US$5/month): sync, the web dashboard, and AI, billed monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and your board is kept.
• Pro One-time (US$39): a single payment for sync, the web dashboard, and AI. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to renew.

Payments are processed by PayPro Global as merchant of record; the checkout is subject to its terms. Prices may change, but a change never affects a one-time purchase you have already made. For refund requests, contact support@neotab.io; nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you hold.

4. Fair use of AI

AI on paid plans is unlimited for a person using the product. We may throttle or restrict automated, scripted, shared-account, or otherwise abusive usage, and we may suspend AI features temporarily to protect the service. AI output is generated by a language model and may be wrong; review results before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use neotab in violation of applicable law; probe, disrupt, or overload our systems; circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls; resell or provide the service to third parties as your own; or use the AI features to generate unlawful content.

6. Your content

Your board (the links, titles, groups, and notes you save) is yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the service, including passing tab titles and URLs to our AI provider when you request an AI action. We claim no other rights over it.

7. Our property

The neotab software, design, and brand belong to Importify Limited. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps as provided. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer them except where the law permits it despite this clause.

8. Third-party sites

Your board links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer

neotab is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep exports of data you cannot afford to lose; the app's Export feature exists for exactly that.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Importify Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of neotab. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You can stop using neotab at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms; where practical we will warn you first. Sections 6 through 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will announce it in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use neotab after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
